Meet Our Team

·01The People Behind M.D. Alltagsunterstützung
Behind every good service are good people. At M.D. Alltagsunterstützung, this is no different. We are a small, committed team from Lorsch that supports seniors in their daily lives. Here we would like to introduce ourselves.
·02Maximilian Doepke: Founder and Managing Director
Maximilian founded M.D. Alltagsunterstützung because he saw a gap. Many older people in Lorsch and the Bergstrasse district need everyday support but not traditional nursing care. They need someone to go shopping with them, look after the garden, or simply listen.
Maximilian's motto: "Personal, honest, reliable." These three words describe not only the service but the person behind it. Maximilian knows many of his clients personally and ensures everyone receives the support they need.
As Managing Director, he takes care of:
- Coordinating all assignments
- Initial conversations with new clients and their families
- Quality assurance of our services
- Developing the range of services
·03Our Values
What unites us as a team are shared values we work by every day:
- Respect: We treat every person with dignity
- Reliability: We keep our promises. Punctuality and dependability are a given
- Warmth: Our work is more than a job. We work with heart
- Honesty: Open and transparent communication. No hidden costs, no empty promises
- Flexibility: Every person is different. We adapt to your needs
·04Join Our Team!
We are growing and always looking for committed people who enjoy helping others. If you are reliable, friendly, enjoy working with older people, and live in Lorsch or the surrounding area, we look forward to hearing from you.
·05Conclusion
M.D. Alltagsunterstützung is more than a service provider. We are a team that works with conviction and heart. Get to know us and discover how we can make your everyday life easier.
·06Putting this into practice
What happens after first contact? We clarify the actual task, where it takes place and a sensible time frame. Then we discuss responsibilities and limits. You should know who is coming, what has been agreed and whom to contact when plans change.
The support should reflect the wishes of the person receiving it. Record agreements on tasks, costs and responsibilities, then review them together after the first visits. Our services show what may be possible; describe your situation through the contact form.
